Standard Shipping rates are $9 AUD for all orders under $50 AUD, Free above $50 AUD

Express Shipping rates are $14 AUD for all orders, Free above $100 AUD

International:

International Standard Shipping rates are $14 AUD for all orders under $100 AUD, Free above $100 AUD

Express Shipping rates are $21 AUD for all orders under $150 AUD, Free above $150 AUD

SHIPPING TIME GUIDE

We make every effort to ship the products immediately and always provide tracking details with trusted couriers.

Items are shipped direct from our warehouse in Newcastle NSW Australia, usually same day with multiple delivery times. Guide excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Kojo Fit and our Couriers control.

This guide is subject to change and we reserve the right to change couriers to improve our service at any time.

AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA POST STANDARD: 2 – 5 Business days 

NOTE: Western Australia, some regional areas 7 – 10 Business days

AUSTRALIA POST/DHL EXPRESS: 1 – 3 Business days 

NOTE: Western Australia, some regional areas 3 – 5 Business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 10 – 14 Business days

We want you to get the best fit, always!

If the sizing isn't quite right, we will take returns/exchanges to ensure you get the right fit!

If you are not satisfied with the fit, contact us and our team will assist in finding you the best size. 

Return shipping and packaging is at customers expense, new item shipped free of charge upon receipt of returned goods.

RETURN FOR REFUND

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of the order receipt and we will be happy to provide you with a store credit or refund via the payment method you used for purchase upon receipt of goods. 

Return shipping and packaging is at customers expense. Product purchase, refunded, excludes shipping costs.

3 SIMPLE CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

Item(s) were purchased in the last 21 days and proof of purchase can be provided.

2. ITEM(S) ARE UNWORN & UNDAMAGED

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached. Item(s) must not have any stains, perfumes or other added odours.

3. IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION

Item(s) are in original packaging in their original condition.

I RECIEVED A FAULTY ITEM

In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact support@kojofit.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will need relevant information such as Order Number, Photos, Description of Issue and your Contact Information

We will not replace any items that appear to have been worn, washed or tampered with. 

Our products are subject to wear and tear over time depending on how you handle and wash your items and we do not offer a lifetime guarantee.
